Project scope is the part of project planning that involves determining and documenting a list of specific project goals, deliverables, tasks, costs and deadlines. 

Before any project starts, an MVP Factory PM will assemble a team of Elites to help out with scoping. Once a project is approved by the client and we're ready to start with development, Elites who were involved in the scoping phase will also be involved in the execution phase.
