We are truly committed to building state-of-the-art products, doing everything we can to ensure your product works flawlessly. Still, bugs can occur.

So what is a bug in your system? It's any functionality that doesn't work as defined in your project specifications. It’s important that we distinguish between a revision and a bug

If a bug is discovered in an already developed feature of the product, it will be fixed urgently and at no additional cost.

Please do note that it’s very important to distinguish between a bug–or a defect–and a request for new functionality that was omitted in the original product requirements.
