Your MVP Factory profile should clearly show your skills and past experience. When we're ready to staff a project, we'll turn to our internal database for Elites. Using different search tools, we'll look for people who closely match the project job description.
Let's say we're looking to build an e-commerce site using Node. Things we look for:
Skills: Do you have the skills needed for the project? Is Node.js on your profile? Is it marked as your primary skill?
Past experience: Have you build ecommerce sites before?
The best way to give us an insight into your past experience is by adding your past projects. These can be both projects delivered for MVP Factory and external projects (done for clients outside of MVP Factory).
In cases where we have several similar profiles to choose from, the amount of details you added to your profile could be a key differentiator when we're selecting an Elite.
